Meet Our Board
Greg E.
Greg and his wife Kathy moved to Dallas in 2010 and then to OLH in 2017. They have two adult children, who both live nearby in Dallas with their families. Greg is a retired technology executive and continues to work on his next act, which includes giving back to his community. Greg and Kathy have lived in 8 different cities across the U.S. and spent 7 years living outside the U.S., first in Singapore and then London. But of all the places they lived, they have lived in OLH the longest. Their rescue dog Cinder enjoys meeting people and four legged friends throughout our pet friendly community during their walks together.
Kathy M.
Kathy and her husband, Joe, have lived in OLH since 2013, having moved down from Plano. Kathy teaches 5th-grade math and science at Springridge Elementary in Richardson. She has been teaching for 19 years in Richardson, Plano, and Lake Highlands. Before teaching, she was a financial analyst and management consultant. Kathy has previously served as treasurer for the Childcare Coordinating Council and Meadow Heights PTA in California, Jasper High School Choir and Plano Senior High School Choir in Plano, and the Dallas Audubon and Cedar Ridge Preserve. She and her husband have two grown children and are currently in the middle of remodeling their OLH house on Parkhurst and Northlake.
Emily S. and Jason N.
Jason and Emily, along with their yellow lab Charlie, have called OLH home since 2019. Jason, who swapped his Southern California roots for Dallas skies back in ’93 during his SMU days, is an advertising veteran with a knack for clever copy and big ideas. Emily, a proud UT Austin alum, traded in the fast pace of East Coast advertising and building some of the largest brands in the country for her true passion—real estate—right here in Dallas. Together, they’re thrilled to use their creative experience to help bring to life the neighborhood they love so much. If you see them out walking their dog, give ‘em a wave or say hello! They’re friendly. We promise.
Chanda R.
Chanda and her husband Billy have woven their lives into the fabric of our community with enthusiasm. Their journey began in 2013, freshly embarked on the adventure of marriage, with dreams of finding a neighborhood that echoed their values of safety, education, and an active lifestyle. The proximity to White Rock Lake was a beacon for them, as both are avid lovers of the outdoors and all things sports. Their home became a haven of love and laughter with the arrival of their daughter Olivia in 2015, and more recently, the addition of their playful dog, Lexi, in 2023.
Chanda's roots are deeply embedded in the rich soils of rural Western Oklahoma, where generations of her family have tended to the land. She is a previous collegiate athlete with a BS in Finance. Following a successful career as an executive in the multi-family industry, Chanda joined forces with Billy at RJA Construction, LLC, blending her robust executive experience with their shared passion for building and nurturing homes, not just houses.
The Rousseau family generously give back through volunteer work at their church, local schools, and within our neighborhood. They believe a servant-hearted approach, coupled with a genuine love for community engagement, will continue to make Old Lake Highlands not only a place to live but a place to thrive.
Elizabeth D.
Elizabeth grew up in Dallas attending Christ the King and Ursuline Academy. She moved to OLH in 2020. Elizabeth works on a political campaign and is currently pursuing an MBA at SMU Cox School of Business. She also serves on the Dallas County Historical Commission. In her free time, you can find her walking around White Rock Lake with her dog Stripes, working in the yard, hosting a dinner party or reading a good book.
Jim D.
Jim moved from New York to Dallas in 1975. He was a charter member and later chairman of Dallas’ first Volunteers in Patrol (VIP) group. He also attended the Citizen’s Police Academy. While living near Houston, he served for 14 years as a volunteer firefighter. After retiring from a geology career, Jim moved back to Dallas, settling in Old Lake Highlands. He enjoys sailing and serves as Maintenance Chairman for the White Rock Boat Club.
