The 2025 D9 Dallas City Council Candidate Forum on Tuesday, April 15, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at the Lake Highlands Baptist Church (642 Brookhurst Dr.).

Candidate Ernest Banda and Council Member Paula Blackmon will introduce themselves and answer questions. This is an opportunity to engage in thoughtful and respectful conversation. Please note, any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in being escorted out of the building by Dallas’ finest. 

Hosted by the White Rock East Coalition of Area Neighborhoods (WRECAN). Program will start promptly at 6:30 so please get there early.
